THE MOMENT IS NOW
Regardless of how much pain and trouble we go through to accomplish something, we should not let our minds linger on past achievements. Regardless of how much we have given to others, we must not ask for favours in return or seek recompense. We cannot keep the past, and the future is difficult to predict. So seize the day, the moment is now.
